As a former Assistant District Attorney, Attorney Brian A. Dragon has the training and experience that will make a difference in your case. Having the skillset and knowhow of a prosecutor, Brian aggressively identifies and presents issues that otherwise may be overlooked.

St. Tammany Parish Attorney Brian Dragon was born and raised in Slidell, Louisiana, where he graduated from Pope John Paul II High School. Brian earned his undergraduate degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Southeastern Louisiana University.

Brian attended law school at Loyola College of Law, where he graduated in the top 8% of his class, was a member of the Loyola Law Review, received the Law Excellence Award in Employment Law, and received the distinction as a William L. Crowe Scholar.

In the course of his education, Brian was an intern for one of the largest law firms in the nation. He spent months researching and writing appellate briefs regarding employment law that were submitted to numerous appellate courts and the United States Supreme Court. He also served as a student prosecutor with the Orleans Parish District Attorney's Office, prosecuting felony cases.

Upon admission to the Louisiana Bar, Brian returned to his hometown to work for a prominent law firm, focusing on family law, tort litigation, and criminal law. In 2010, Brian founded the Law Office of Brian A. Dragon. Brian's practice focuses predominantly on family law, criminal law, and personal injury cases.

In addition to operating his own practice, Brian was appointed as an Assistant District Attorney. Brian personally prosecuted many high-profile criminal cases. From 2010 through 2015, Brian was responsible for handling all juvenile and DCFS (OCS) cases in St. Tammany Parish.

Brian is proud to carry on the family tradition of providing quality legal services to friends and neighbors in the St. Tammany Parish community, St. Tammany Parish and all of Southeast Louisiana.
